We supply daily, weekly & monthly Productivity, Quality and Contact history reports.
Consulta Direct facilitates in collecting qualified data (Research surveys, Database scrubbing, setting appointments, follow-up, Collections, Sales, Call Centre Training and Inbound capability, voice logging, Face-To-Face interaction and Focus group recruitment)
